  • Making it possible for the interviewed individual to complete the questionnaire online or over the phone.
  • Specific for difficult targets:
    • Doctors, entrepreneurs, high level managers, etc.
    • Possibility to get access to the phone or e-mail data base.
    • Incident report for each record within the sample.
  • Control panel with restricted access for the customer to monitor the status of the field work.
